Description of the trek
The dificulty of this trek considered as moderate, with 3 nights camping in places higher than 4000m, with an average walking per day of 5 to 7 hours, the highest point is located at 4600m, making this trek we see the second highest peak of Cordillera Blanca, Huantsan 6395m. Previous to depart for this trek we recommend an acclimatization of at least one day hiking in places higher than 3700m; after to fisnih this trek you can continue with longer treks or try to climb moderate dificulty peaks like: Ishinca 5530m or Pisco 5750m.
Trekking permit
The entrance tickets must be bought in advance in Huaraz, in Huascarán National Park's office, it costs S/. 65.00 (USD 25.30).
Safety
This trek relativel new, so during these years we have offering this trek, not have been reported any problems in this circuit.
