The most popular circuit made with llamas in the Cordillera Blanca
This trekking route is made until nowadays by the same footpath where the Chavin people walked. Chavin culture is considered as the mother culture of all the previan culturas, even of the Incas. The route is generally made using the Llamas also the ancient way of transportation. The starting point is in the Callejon de Huaylas in the West and cross the mountain range to get to the Callejon de Conchucos to Chavin de Huantar ruins, this tour is also called Llamatrek because it is mystical.

Day 3: Ruripacha - Chavín de Huantar 3200 m. - Huaraz.
